The lovely people over at Weil Baby sent me some of their product (bottle, trainer sippy cup & pacifier) so that I could try it out and write up a review on it. The first thing I tried was the glass bottles and they were excellent! These bottles were very high quality and I can see them lasting through many children. I also love the sleek and very modern design of these bottles. The wide mouth makes pouring water & formula powder into the bottle very easy without making a big powdery mess all over my counter tops. The lid that goes on top of the bottles is a little bulkier than most bottle lids but it really gives the bottle that little extra touch to make it look nice. The bottles fit fine into the side pouches of my diaper bag, which is another plus. I hate when I get a wide mouth bottle that is so wide that it wont fit into the pockets of my diaper bag. Note: I also tried the Tritan bottles and the quality and design were the same as the glass, just made of a different material.

The trainer sippy cup was one of our favorites in my house. The “nipple” is shaped like your typical flat sippy cup lid, except that it is made of squishy, soft silicone just like a regular bottle nipple! My daughter took to this sippy cup VERY quickly and I think it is really going to help transition her into using a sippy cup. I’ve given her water and formula (she is 6 months old) with the sippy cup and she does really well. There are handles that you can leave on or take off of the sippy cup, which is nice because I will usually let her play with it to teach her to hold it and eventually just take them off and use it to feed her. I was super duper impressed with these!! These cups are also made of REALLY high quality material and I feel like they will last for a long time. Another thing that I looooved about these is that they have ounce markers on the side of them! I love this because I can tell exactly how much fluid she is taking in.

The pacifiers have that “odd” shaped nipple (like a Nuk almost) so I wasn’t sure if Zoey would take them because she is used to the regular nipple shape like you would see in Avent pacifiers. Well, she did great! These pacifiers are big and they cover a lot of their mouth / face but I think the bulk of the pacifier helped keep it in longer. I’ve noticed with pacifiers that are too small, they will fall out of her mouth easily. My daughter was born with a tongue tie and I would have loved to try these pacifiers before I had her tongue clipped because I really think they would have worked. We had quite a hard time finding a good pacifier that would stay in her mouth when her tongue was tied. Anyway, so I really like these and I keep it in her crib. My daughter wont even take a Nuk pacifier so I was skeptical but she took to these just fine! Also, I love the design of these pacifiers because like the Soothies pacifiers, they are made of silicone and are one complete piece so there is no risk of rubber or little pieces falling off and becoming a choking hazard.

If you’ve ever had a bad experience with customer service, you will understand why what I am about to say is VERY important: Customer Service has a huge impact on whether I am loyal to a company or specific brand and while working with Weil Baby during this reviewing process, I have found that they have the best Customer Service that I think I have ever encountered! They were knowledgeable, friendly and made every effort to ensure that I was a happy customer. Kudos to Weil Baby for upping the standards of Customer Service!! A *lot* of companies could really learn from them!
